Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of propcockpit, a paid subscription service operated from Stockholm, Sweden. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use propcockpit. Questions: info@propcockpit.com.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Access is currently by invitation; when you register you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. What propcockpit is — and is not

propcockpit is a risk-management and manual-trading dashboard that connects to your own cTrader account through Spotware’s official Open API. You are the only source of your trades and your risk rules. propcockpit is not a copy-trading service, signal provider, autonomous trading strategy, broker, or money manager, and nothing in the product is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own trades and for complying with the rules of your broker and your prop firm, including any restrictions on tools, automation, or risk controls. You are responsible for the risk thresholds and any automated actions (such as auto-flatten) you choose to configure and arm. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

propcockpit is offered on monthly subscription plans — Starter (US$29/month), Pro (US$59/month), and Premium (US$99/month) — plus any free tier we make available. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

5. Cancellation, refunds and EU right of withdrawal

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because propcockpit is digital content/services supplied immediately, by starting to use the paid service within that period you ask us to begin performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. Outside these statutory rights, fees are non-refundable except where we choose to grant a refund or where mandatory law requires one.

6. Risk features and availability

Features such as auto-flatten reduce breach risk by enforcing the rules you configure, but they depend on broker, exchange, API, and network availability and are provided on a best-effort basis. We never guarantee account safety, execution, freedom from breach, or any trading outcome. You remain responsible for monitoring your accounts.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent access controls, and no use that violates your broker’s or prop firm’s rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for us or other users.

8. Suspension, termination and changes to the service

You may stop using propcockpit and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal/compliance reasons, or to protect the service or other users, and we may change, add, or discontinue features. Where we terminate without cause we will, where practicable, give notice and let you export your data.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights). Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-app). Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

propcockpit is operated from Stockholm, Sweden. These Terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
