What this page is

Section 6.1 of the Privacy Policy promises a current list of every third party that processes personal data for Propcockpit, with its role, what it can see, where it is, and the safeguard that makes any transfer outside the EEA lawful. This is that list.

It is short on purpose. Propcockpit runs its own authentication, its own database and its own gateway on one server, so most of the categories a service like this usually has - identity provider, managed database, cache, CDN, analytics - have no entry because they have no provider.

Providers in use today

  • DigitalOcean, LLC

    Role
Hosting. Runs the website, the application, the market-data and order gateway, and the Postgres database.
    Data it can see
Everything the Service stores: account and profile data, encrypted broker tokens, trading and risk data, the Journal, logs.
    Location
London, United Kingdom (LON1). Company established in the United States.
    Transfer safeguard
European Commission adequacy decision for the United Kingdom, renewed 19 December 2025 and in force to 27 December 2031. Standard Contractual Clauses apply under the provider's data-processing agreement for any support access from outside the UK or EEA.
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

    Role
Subscriptions, payments, invoices, tax calculation and payment fraud prevention.
    Data it can see
Name, email, billing address, subscription and invoice records, payment-method metadata. Stripe receives full card details directly; Propcockpit never does.
    Location
Ireland, with group processing in the United States.
    Transfer safeguard
Intra-group Standard Contractual Clauses under Stripe's data-processing agreement. Stripe also acts as an independent controller for its own legal and anti-fraud purposes.
  • Resend, Inc.

    Role
Transactional email: address verification, password reset, security notices and service messages.
    Data it can see
Email address, the message sent, and delivery status.
    Location
    United States.
    Transfer safeguard
Standard Contractual Clauses under Resend's data-processing agreement, together with the provider's own transfer safeguards.
  • Telegram FZ-LLC

    Role
Alert delivery, and only for a user who connects Telegram themselves.
    Data it can see
Telegram chat identifier and the alert text sent to it. Nothing is sent for a user who has not connected it.
    Location
United Arab Emirates, with infrastructure in several countries.
    Transfer safeguard
Standard Contractual Clauses. This connection is optional and is initiated by the user; disconnecting it stops all transfer.
  • Google Ireland Limited

    Role
Sign-in, and only for a user who chooses Continue with Google.
    Data it can see
The Google account identifier, email address and name returned at sign-in. No password is ever exchanged with Propcockpit.
    Location
Ireland, with group processing in the United States.
    Transfer safeguard
EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, together with Standard Contractual Clauses in Google's terms.
  • Spotware Systems Ltd

    Role
cTrader Open API: the broker connection itself. A separate controller rather than our processor.
    Data it can see
Authorization requests, the account identifiers you authorize, and the trading instructions you or your armed rules send.
    Location
    Cyprus.
    Transfer safeguard
Within the EEA. No Chapter V transfer arises.
  • TradingView, Inc.

    Role
The embedded chart on the PUBLIC Charts page only. Not in the path for a signed-in user.
    Data it can see
Your IP address, browser information and the symbol viewed, seen by TradingView directly when you open that page. Propcockpit sends them nothing about you.
    Location
    United States.
    Transfer safeguard
Not a Propcockpit transfer: your browser contacts TradingView itself, under TradingView's own privacy notice. The chart inside the signed-in product is served from Propcockpit and contacts TradingView not at all.

What we do not use

We use no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics, no session-replay tool and no customer-data platform. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for behavioural advertising.

Keeping this current

A provider is added to this page when it is added to the system, and the Privacy Policy is updated at the same time. If you believe a provider is missing or wrongly described, tell us at info@propcockpit.com and we will check it.

To ask for a copy of the safeguard covering a particular transfer, write to the same address.

Keyboard

?
Open and close this sheet.
Escape
Stand down anything that is armed - the kill switch, an open notification panel, this sheet. It never commits anything.
Tab / Shift + Tab
Move between controls. Every one of them shows a focus ring.
Arrow keys
Nudge a focused panel around the canvas. Hold Shift to move it further per press.
Enter or Space
Activate the control that is focused, and only that one. There is deliberately no key anywhere that sends an order on its own.
