Breach
Equity falling below the Baseline less the daily limit (a daily Breach), or below the static drawdown floor (a drawdown Breach).
Detected server-side by the risk engine. A daily Breach ends at the next Daily reset; a drawdown Breach is terminal. Either applies a Lock on every paid plan.
What a daily-loss breach does, firm by firm
| Firm | What the firm says | Source |
|---|---|---|
| FTMOWhat a daily-loss breach does | "If the equity drops below this limit, the rule is considered violated." What follows a violation is in the firm's terms, not on the objectives page. | BreachChecked |
| FundedNextWhat a daily-loss breach does | The account is "breached and marked with a 'Daily Loss Limit,'" and "you will no longer be able to trade." | BreachChecked |

| Alpha Capital GroupWhat a daily-loss breach does | A hard breach: "all trades will be automatically closed", "followed by the closure of the account." | BreachChecked |
| FintokeiWhat a daily-loss breach does | "considered a hard breach"; the firm's article says of ProTrader that "your ProTrader account will be terminated" | BreachChecked |
