Billing

Trials, plan changes, and what happens if enforcement lapses.

Trials

A trial is the full paid plan for its length. When it ends without a payment method, the tenant falls back to Free - which means enforcement stops, and the product says so wherever an order is placed rather than only on the billing page.

Changing plan

Upgrading applies at once. Downgrading to a plan that protects fewer accounts asks you which accounts to keep, rather than choosing for you.

If a payment fails

Payment is retried on a schedule. Enforcement does not stop silently at any point: the cockpit shows that rules are stored and not armed, and the order ticket says the same thing at the moment it matters. A Lock already applied survives a plan change.

Your right to withdraw

Set out in the withdrawal notice, with the form.

Keyboard

?
Open and close this sheet.
Escape
Stand down anything that is armed - the kill switch, an open notification panel, this sheet. It never commits anything.
Tab / Shift + Tab
Move between controls. Every one of them shows a focus ring.
Arrow keys
Nudge a focused panel around the canvas. Hold Shift to move it further per press.
Enter or Space
Activate the control that is focused, and only that one. There is deliberately no key anywhere that sends an order on its own.
