The Terminal

The trading screen: the watchlist, the chart, the ticket and the blotter.

The Terminal is one screen with four panels, and you can move and resize all of them. The layout is saved per account.

The terminal's four panels: watchlist, chart, order ticket and blotter, under a safety strip.

The watchlist

The instruments you are following, with a price, the change since this session's first mark, and a sparkline. Each row carries its own freshness dot, so an instrument that has gone quiet says so on its own row rather than putting the whole cockpit into a warning state. Search adds anything your broker quotes.

The chart

TradingView Advanced Charts, on Propcockpit's own price feed, with your order levels and open positions drawn over it.

The order ticket

Where money leaves. Its own page - it is the densest surface in the product and the one worth reading about before you use it.

The blotter

Open positions and closed trades. Click a row to manage it, and see Positions.

The safety strip

Above everything: which account the cockpit is pointed at, whether it is live or demo, the cross-account risk, how many accounts are protected, the countdown to your Daily reset, and FLATTEN ALL.

FLATTEN ALL closes every open position across your Protected accounts. It carries no list of what to close - the gateway re-derives what is open at the instant you press it, so a position opened in a cTrader app thirty seconds ago is included. Pressing it twice is safe.

Keyboard

?
Open and close this sheet.
Escape
Stand down anything that is armed - the kill switch, an open notification panel, this sheet. It never commits anything.
Tab / Shift + Tab
Move between controls. Every one of them shows a focus ring.
Arrow keys
Nudge a focused panel around the canvas. Hold Shift to move it further per press.
Enter or Space
Activate the control that is focused, and only that one. There is deliberately no key anywhere that sends an order on its own.
